My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our car buying experience with Luis. I never thought I would say that regarding the purchase of a car. A friend of mine recommended Luis. I called him and let him know specifically what I was looking for and within 30 minutes he sent me the link. I called him the next and worked out the deal and showed up t him know specifically what I was looking for and within 30 minutes he sent me the link. Luis was quick and easy with the entire process of buying the car. He was very curteous to my schedule and even when I didn't mention going to the office in advance, he rushed over just to help. Amazingly easy! Luis responded very quickly in regard to my inquiry. He made it so simple and communicated wonderfully. This was greatly needed as I live three hours Luis responded very quickly in regard to my inquiry. He made it so simple and communicated wonderfully. This was greatly needed as I live three hours from San Antonio. Luis and Mr. O'Brian quickly worked through every aspect of the trade-in and buyer paperwork.
