New civic from gunn honda san antonio Nothing but good about Zaid. Friendly, informative, did everything he said that he would. Zach in finance also did well taking care of that end. It was all very reasonable and we came to a NEW agreement. When I went to pick up the car Matt was one of the nicest guys I have ever met (you miss these transactions when you prepare everything online only) and took great care of my wife and I; they really make you feel like part of a family. The experience was wonderful enough that my wife is planning on buying a new car from Matt next week! Anyway the short version is this place is great - but go there in person, don't do everything through the internet and email. 07.12.2019 I ordered a vehicle from this dealership; we agreed on a price, a deposit and a delivery date. I left a deposit and when the vehicle came in they refused to honor the agreement and attempted to alter the terms. The "best deal" doesn't mean much when the dealership cannot be trusted to honor the deal. Very shady business. I wasted seven months working with them - don't make the same mistake I did. I wouldn't even recommend stopping by here, they won't hold up their end of the agreement with you anyway. More
