Scheduled an appointment for 10:30, and was told that there was a 90 minute wait for an oil change. At the 2 hour mark, I asked how much longer and was told everyone was at lunch. We went for my QX60 routine maintenance and they just do it better than anybody else. Staff are super accommodating and was always ready to answer my questions. The whole thing was a smooth transaction from it better than anybody else. Staff are super accommodating and was always ready to answer my questions.
