If you have not been to this dealership before--you must visit. I had the terrible experience of breaking down nearly 100 miles from home. I was towed and the receptionist greeted and refreshed me and my visit. I had the terrible experience of breaking down nearly 100 miles from home. I was towed and the receptionist greeted and refreshed me and my son from the heat of the late afternoon with cool water. Checked us in for after hours and had the morning team to call me. They did. 7:30 AM they called to confirm the car was received and being worked on by 1:30-2--all work was complete and they kept me posted throughout the day as to their progress. This is a five star operation from start to finish. I have already told family and friends about his hidden gem. Congratulations owner on a customer-centric team doing a great work. First bad experience, dropped car off on Friday night for starter issue. Was never called on status, only to call and find out they needed to keep car over weekend.
