Joseph was great! Definitely knows how to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Did his best to fix a frustrating misunderstanding that was out of his control. I am always given enough information to make an informed decision regarding services, given an accurate cost and length of time prior to arriving at Subaru of Spokane. I have purchased parts and tires from this location also finding them competitive with other locations and the free servicing makes them a bargain quickly. The friendly shuttle service can be helpful! This particular service, I had a hanging plastic undercarriage protector. I brought it in without an appointment and Danny Thomas arranged to have it repaired quickly and complementary. I have come in for several small on-the-spot issues (headlamp bulbs, etc) and had them fixed quickly and cheerfully. My services usually offer a welcome car wash. Once years ago, I was skeptical about a need for a radiator replacement and went to a private mechanic, who confirmed that this was indeed the case. I am happy to have this service facility available for my Subarus! More
