The car I wanted was at a Renton, WA dealership so Steve, along with his manager (Joseph Allen), worked it out so I could buy this car. On his day off Steve went to Renton and brought my car back to Spokane for its delivery to me. This is customer service at its best. Mary in finance was also very pleasant and professional not pressuring me to buy more than I wanted. More

Purchased a used 2000 Ford Explorer I worked with Aaron Taylor to purchase this vehicle. He was very pleasant to work with and not at all high pressure which is very unusual and very muc I worked with Aaron Taylor to purchase this vehicle. He was very pleasant to work with and not at all high pressure which is very unusual and very much appreciated. I was able to thoroughly check out the vehicle and, in addition to a normal test drive, I wanted to show it to my son as I was actually looking for a vehicle for his son (my grandson). That took some extra time as well as a detour to let my wife see it as we have also been looking for a nice used low miles vehicle. Aaron was very patient and understanding never losing interest and acquiring information I requested such as a CarFax and the Service Dept inspection sheet. When it finally got down to making the deal, time had slipped away and I had very little time to finalize a deal. The back and forth between the "manager" and myself through Arron, which I could do without, went quickly as Aaron made them aware that I had another commitment and didn't have a lot of time. We arrived at an acceptable price in a short period of time, the paper trail was completed and I was on my way. No buyers remorse and hopefully a positive experience for all. Other sales reps I encountered were also pleasant to speak with and helpful when I went back the following day to pick up the vehicle. They also washed the vehicle again before I picked it up as it did get a small amount of dirt on it during the test drive. More

They were all professional, friendly and helpful. Never once did I feel pressured. I wasn't very well prepared to actually purchase a car that day (didn't bring my financial info), and in hindsight I probably should have just sold my 2009 Forester XT by myself instead of trading it in. With that said, I felt I got a fair deal and I'm very happy with my purchase - no regrets. Love, love, love my new Forester!!! Thank you Nick (Joe, Aaron and Tyler too) and all the other people who were delighted (and a little jealous!) that I got that super awesome Forester!! More

Love My Subaru I purchase a preowned certified 2011 Subaru Outback 09/05/2014. I had researched cars for two months and after talking to people who own Subarus I dec I purchase a preowned certified 2011 Subaru Outback 09/05/2014. I had researched cars for two months and after talking to people who own Subarus I decided that was the car for me and my budget. I worked with Joshua Parazzo for the test driving and was please with that aspect of the purchase -- worked with Joseph Allen on the initial paperwork and was satisfied with the price we agreed upon, which was within my budget. Worked with Tyler for the final paperwork -- only problem was too much paperwork in a short length of time with no chance to really go over the details. This is important for a senior citizen. Proudly drove the car home and checked over the paperwork only to discover a company error in the total price of the car -- I was charged too much. After contacting Tyler the figures were checked and the Subaru dealership was very honest and forthright in correcting the situation and issuing a refund, plus reducing the price of the extended warranty to a bottom figure. I have had an occasion to contact the parts department and they have been more than helpful in explaining any questions I have had to my satisfaction. Subaru of Spokane is an honest car company and its people are great to work with, even if there are some issues to resolve. More
