Hello! I have been in this great industry since 2007; and I look forward to the excitement that the next 10 years will bring! I am a devoted husband and father....not great at either, but devoted :). I have 4 wonderful children and a beautiful wife that puts up with me. I enjoy reading, Hockey, Baseball, Football, and exercising when it doesn't interfere with my eating schedule. I enjoy the fun of working with new and interesting people everyday; and I look forward to meeting YOU!

Joseph was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was not pushy. He seem to really understand my concerns and what I was looking for in a Subaru. I believe as a whole your dealership should use Joseph as a coach to help other sales professionals. As happy as I am with Joseph, your other Subaru employees were not professional. I would reccomend on using Joseph to coach these other sales professionals. Bottom Line: When I am ready to purchase another Subaru (as I am a loyal Subaru owner), I will work only with Joseph Allen. The entire experience was great, from sales to finance. I was in the market for a new car because of an auto accident, and was actually intending to buy from a different manufacturer. After meeting with J I was in the market for a new car because of an auto accident, and was actually intending to buy from a different manufacturer. After meeting with Joseph and test driving the Legacy, I was sold on a Subaru. It was completely no hassle with the price and the financing terms were just what I was looking for. The negative experience of the accident was completely turned around by the positive experience of buying my Subaru. Last year my sister bought a Subaru from Joseph and my mom has owned one for several years. Now I know why. Great car, great dealership. Thanks! More

Joseph knew what he was talking about and understood what I was looking for. Got the vehicle I wanted without the hassle of dealing with someone who was overly aggressive which is huge plus. It was a pleasure working with Joseph Allen. He was courteous and knowledgable in answering my questions. Joe was willing to take me for a test drive in any model I was interested in and helped me make courteous and knowledgable in answering my questions. My experience at Spokane Subaru started with some research online. I found that out of all the dealships in the Spokane area, Spokane Subaru had the best customer ratings. After my research I contacted Subaru, and was responded to right away. Joesph was attentive but not pushy, and very respectful of the car buying process. Joseph was knowledgable and made the car buying experience as smooth as possible. I love my new car. More

Very friendly and honest. Gave me a fair price on the car and made sure the process was smooth and simple. Up front guy. Joseph Allen has made looking for a car less scary and less of a hassel. He seems to understand every concern I have with buying a car and I feel more at ease with buying one after talking with him.
