Overall, we had a very good experience. I was looking for a used car for my daughter. We were able to locate something in the inventory that matched our needs and got a good price. It took well over an hour before we were seen by finance, after all other parts of the deal went very quickly. There was also a lot of pressure to add on services, such as a maintenance package, extended warranty, and gap insurance, which I had expressed several times that I was not interested in.
