Service center really lacks.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and told myself that maybe it was just the advisor they assigned me to, but when I got assigned to someone different, he was much worse, and when I tried to address the issues I was experiencing, it became clear that the entire "team" was the problem. Even with mostly new people working there, the system is still messed up and the people working there clearly don't care about how they're affecting the customers that make their jobs necessary. I've absolutely exhausted all excuses possible for why I should continue giving this service center my business, and don't plan to return anymore. Everyone agrees that my last visit seems like an absolute scam, on several levels, and I'm done being treated like this.

Gosch Ford Temecula had been treating me badly for several years now, even after I'd lowered my expectations for going there. I'm no longer interested in playing along with the facade that anyone who works there would actually try to make things right - it's been made painfully clear that I should've given up years ago; the time to address customers' problems isn't after they've decided to never return, but rather when they're trying to get help in real time. If you'd truly like to get to the bottom of things, talk to your staff and hold them accountable; tell them to stop disregarding customers who are clearly expressing their concerns and seeking help with issues they're experiencing.
Also, I was under the understanding that my identity was supposed to be protected posting on here, and that my information was not to be shared... So why is Gosch Ford Temecula sending me e-mails and text messages and calling my phone??? Absolutely ridiculous. PLEASE leave me alone. That's how you can make things right: talk to your staff, and stop harassing former customers.
My truck went in for service on 9/23/23 at 08:15 am.

I waited all day, in the service lobby, for truck diagnosis and release back to me.
At approximately 3:00 pm I was notified that parts were ordered and truck needed to be left in Service Dept. for repairs and completion on Friday afternoon. I was issued a car rental.
On Friday, I received a message from Service Advisor informing me that truck seats would now be diagnosed on Monday, with possible parts and completion on Tuesday.
On Monday, I received a text message indicating that my truck seats would be diagnosed on Tuesday and my car rental was extended per Service Advisor.
On Tuesday afternoon, I received notification the my car rental was due back on Wednesfay and Service Advisor confirmed truck was done and ready for pick up.
On Wednesday at 11:30 am I picked up my truck. I asked the Service Advisor what happened with my truck ? What was repaired ?
It appears the truck was scanned and nothing was identified. The driver's side running board motor was replaced on Friday. The truck just sat in service until Tuesday, when the tech said he could not recreate the problem and was finally released back to me a week later. The exterior black paint was scratched above the gas door (may buff out) and someone stained the driver's tan leather seat with blue ink from a pen.
