Joseph Britton saved the day. I had to return to the dealership twice for the same problem and even got push back on my second visit after having already spoke with Lori about the I had to return to the dealership twice for the same problem and even got push back on my second visit after having already spoke with Lori about the initial Maverick 12v power problem that I had brought it in for months ago. Thankfully my car care was moved to Joseph Britton who was very informative and listened to my truck's problem. I wanted to leave a worse review, but I saw that while my truck was in limbo, whether it was Joseph Britton or someone else, I was very surprised to see that someone had taken care of the maintenance needs while it was there. I appreciate the ease of renting a vehicle from enterprise while my truck was getting fixed. Overall the experience went well, but it was quite a bumpy road to get to the successful result. More

Took my vehicle in to get serviced. The ac wasn’t working, and was quoted almost $5,300 for the ac, and other repairs. I explained the most important repair to us at the time was the air as I have young children, and a wife that is chronically ill, and can’t tolerate the heat as it exacerbates her medical condition. 3 days later, got the vehicle back, and the very next day the air was blowing hot. Called and was told to bring the vehicle back so they can try to figure out where the ac is leaking from, but have a feeling that we will be charged again, but can’t afford the extra money as I already paid $5,300 for the previous repairs. More

Took in my mach e for tire rotation for a 2pm appointment. Walked into service center and everyone basically ignored me. Once someone helped me out it seemed like the employees had no organizatio appointment. Walked into service center and everyone basically ignored me. Once someone helped me out it seemed like the employees had no organization of who's vehicle was being maintenanced because I went to the desk and asked a question about how long the wait would be and walked back to the waiting area, about 3 minutes later they called my phone saying my car was ready so I walked back to the desk and they began looking for my car and couldn't find it then realized the car hadn't began to be worked on yet as it was still sitting in the same spot I parked it after waiting an hour. Once my car was finally done they gave me my paperwork on my tire rotation but we're able to tell me any information on the quality of tread on my tires. They seemed like they were more focused on leaving for the day. More
