The worst experience I have dealt with, service department dropped the ball and lack customer support. Dropped off my car Friday after I was told prior they could resolve the issues same day. State department dropped the ball and lack customer support. Dropped off my car Friday after I was told prior they could resolve the issues same day. Stated that I need 2 issues looked into. Not only did they contact me over 2 days after several efforts to contact them, but they admitted they didn’t diagnosis the aspects I requested. I left with no issues resolved and fuming. More

Decent dealership, but you have to be on your toes with the service department. No matter what you are in for they will always some recommendation for additional services you need. I’ve learned to ignore the additional stuff like replacing all the radiator hoses every few years. Focus on the stuff that the service manual tells you too do and you will be fine. I did not expect this kind of service from an official dealer. I brought my Toyota RAV4 (5,000 miles) in for routine maintenance, and my metal valve stem caps were stolen and replaced with cheap plastic o dealer. I brought my Toyota RAV4 (5,000 miles) in for routine maintenance, and my metal valve stem caps were stolen and replaced with cheap plastic ones. I have before and after photos, as well as a photo report from the service advisor confirming the switch. If they can steal something as small as this, who knows what else they might steal or do incorrectly? Very disappointed with this level of service. More
