First, they did not honor the service contract they sold me. Second, an oil change and tire rotation took 3 hours. Fourth, my fluids were not filled on my vehicle. Fifth, the service manager Justin, has ignored my phone calls, voicemails and emails. He spoke to me once about the poor experience and has ignored me ever since. Worst possible experience ever. Crooks, liars, cheats. 239-963-6058. Call me to verify the accuracy. I’ll give you receipts, dates and video evidence of them trying to scan me into buying tires saying that mine were dry rotted when they are almost new. More
