I purchased a 2017 HRV and maintained service to 100K miles without hesitation. We discussed a few requirements over the phone and Joe did a follow up call per my request to set an appointment. He scheduled me with Morris who knew what I was looking for upon arrival at the dealership, discussed my options, and worked with me to drive off with exactly what I wanted. Joe followed up the following day to ensure I was completely satisfied and thrilled with my selection.
