One of the best.....if not THE BEST Experience ever! First of all, our hats off to James for being such an outstanding professional. I have to admit, we weren't the easiest customers to deal with as we c First of all, our hats off to James for being such an outstanding professional. I have to admit, we weren't the easiest customers to deal with as we came into the showroom minutes before closing, along with our two children, and bunch of questions. He immediately greeted us with his Big smile and remained patient and accommodating the entire time. We also had the pleasure of meeting other members of their team including DJ, Joe in management and Tyler in finance. I also commend Tyler for doing an outstanding job with walking us through the entire financial process. He broke down all fine details in plain English leaving my wife and I confident with the deal and our brand new Hyundai! We boldly give the Empire team an A+ from initial greeting, delivery and post-sale follow-up. Couldn't ask for more. Ask for James, Sales Professional at it's finest! More

Great Initial Experience, Bad After One Week. (Repost from previous page) One week after purchasing my 2016 Hyundai Veloster, I noticed a plastic strip on the roofline, left side, had popped up. T (Repost from previous page) One week after purchasing my 2016 Hyundai Veloster, I noticed a plastic strip on the roofline, left side, had popped up. This piece did not snap back in place, after trying several times. I drove to the service department whereupon I had to schedule an appointment for the following week. When I arrived, a service person looked at the piece and snapped it back in place. Later that day, April 11th, I noticed that the plastic strip on the right side was coming undone. Now I have to schedule another visit to the dealership. Upon noticing the left side strip popped up, my reaction is to wonder what will go wrong next with my new car. Well, as mentioned, the right side plastic strip is coming undone and I'm beginning to wonder about the quality of my new 2016 Hyundai Veloster. I will be writing my second experience on social media. How can I not wonder what will go wrong next? More
