Great job Adam vital. Adam did a great job. He was new 4 days into this job but he worked hard on getting me the right car getting it registered and showing me everything. Adam did a great job. Say No to Joe I had a similar disturbing encounter with Joe and would like to give my support to the words posted by "Do not honor their own Truecar price". I was literally yelled at and berated with the Empire employees and customers as witness. I cannot help but believe he feels empowered to behave so deplorably by his employer who holds the ultimate responsibility for such unprofessional behavior. Joe even promised me he would delete any negative posts I made about my visit. If he deletes my post, it's probably the only promise he's ever kept. More

Bait & Switch it should have been a nice smooth easy transaction, but not here oh no not here. I went on there website found the 1 I wanted then checked the price o it should have been a nice smooth easy transaction, but not here oh no not here. I went on there website found the 1 I wanted then checked the price on the tru-car website and printed there low price guaranty certificate called the store then drove there and what a surprise the person I spoke to was mysteriously not there. ok moving on, after about 25min after they asked 9000 questions they said oh no we cant sell the car at that low price "someone made a mistake" but we can sell you a base model for $2000 more than the price I was guaranteed (xxx !) Do people really go for that crap ? so I left very unhappy and wasted 4hrs of my life (between web & travel there and back) so I will move on to another dealer that wants to sell a car to someone with good credit and a half of brain. Thanks for the waste of my time ! More

We were looking to purchase a new 2015 sonata hy All I can say is that all the positive reviews have to be from the employees and not real customers. We were looking to purchase a new 2015 sonata hybrid. We came in with the true car price spoke with Tonia about rebates felt these guys were on the up and up. The pulled up the car it had 1030 miles on it. I have never seen a new car with over a thousand miles on it time to negotiate the deal which should not have been a negotiaton but I guess these guys think the true car price is a start not the end. They made me drive down there and they weren't ready to honor the price their employees qouted. Then he has the audacity to hell out "I am not selling you the car". Seriously. WOW I have walked out of dealerships and was doing just that when this guy decided to announce he wasn't going to sell me a car. If that makes you feel better about loosing a sale! They obviusly like the car they put over a 1000 miles on it! More

Hanna was wonderful to work with and was very helpful throughout the entire car buying process. Right from the beginning he asked questions to determine what I was looking for in a vehicle as well as my price range. I never felt pressured or rushed. Joe Carvalho worked his financial magic and I was able to get the car I wanted with a payment that I was very happy with. Both were completely straight forward, professional, and a pleasure to work with. This is the first time I have ever purchase a Hyundai and now I can't imagine driving anything else! More

DON'T HESITATE TO VISIT EMPIRE HYUNDAI TODAY!!! I simply had been dreading to even go look for a new car, but my husband had seen an ad for Empire Hyundai and suggested we go check them out.........
