Have your car checked I bought a car from here. Set up to have a safety recall issue fixed. They were able to set me up with a rental while they got my car fixed. They kept I bought a car from here. Set up to have a safety recall issue fixed. They were able to set me up with a rental while they got my car fixed. They kept me updated thru the process. They even found and fixed other issues. No refrigerent in the ac, control arm was bad, suspension was bad. I am glade to have had my car checked and fixed, but I feel that the car should have been checked before it was sold. To midigate these issue's for a buyer. More

LEAVE YOUR PERSONAL LIFE @ HOME Mr. Carvalho was extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. However his arrogance left a horrible taste in my mouth!!! I declined most of Mr. Carvalho was extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. However his arrogance left a horrible taste in my mouth!!! I declined most of the extra's he attempted to sell, I sat with Mr. Carvalho for no longer than 45 mins, and the entire time He made me feel as if I was bothering him or taking up too much of his time! What really ended up ticking me off was the 4 personal phones he actually took while I sat directly in front of him. He seemed to be arguing with who I'm assuming was a spouse or girlfriend, who continued to call his phone continuously, until finally he decided to silence it! Needless to say , if I hadn't already gone through all the paperwork with my sales consultant I would have walked!!!! I won't be returning! Thanks to Mr. Joe Carvalho. More
