I went in to buy an SUV and was helped by Joseph Carvalho and Ronnie Webb. They were very professional with helping me find the vehicle that I wanted, and in my opinion went above and beyond what I had expe and Ronnie Webb. I am inclined to recommend anyone I encounter looking for a vehicle to go to Empire Hyundai in Fall River. Their customer service, and professionalism is rare in the society that we live in today ! I have to say that this was a very pleasant vehicle buying experience. Our salesperson, Preston was very knowledgeable and personable which made this carefree. If I could give zero stars I would!!! This place is the absolute worst!! I purchased a car from them I’m March 2020 it’s now almost July AND I STILL DONT HAVE A REGISTRATION!!!! I purchased a used pickup truck from empire on june of 2019.They are very vague on the paperwork your signing.When you question them they say it is explained further along.It is not.When I was done I was 2019.They are very vague on the paperwork your signing.When you question them they say it is explained further along.It is not.When I was done I was not given copies of what was signed..I had to go back and tell them I wanted copies.Which was finally given.When I called the dealership multiple times to find out the name of the warranty company,I got the run around .I finally found it in my paperwork ,but was not given any help from empire. .The sales manager{joseph carvalho} told me that the first 2 oil changes were on them.When I needed an oil change, I called the service department and was told they have no record of such an agreement.I tried multiple times to speak to joseph carvalho {sales manager},and left voice messages because he never picked up or returned any calls,I got no response from him .If they promise anything ,get it in writing because they will not deliver..
