When I walked up to the front door, Joe was there to meet me with a smiling face and off we went car shopping! I was interested in the 2013 RAV 4. He showed me the only one left on the lot. I loved the car me with a smiling face and off we went car shopping! I was interested in the 2013 RAV 4. He showed me the only one left on the lot. I loved the car but it didn't have everything I wanted as fat as upgrades. He said "that's okay we can order one for you with what you want." As we started filling out the paper work to order a 2013 RAV 4, Joe got a text (went store wide to all salesmen) another customer ordered a had canceled their order. I was so excited once Joe showed me this car. It was the limited edition and had all of the bells and whistles! It was the perfect color and price! Joe was a lot of fun to work with and we kept each other laughing through the whole process! I will definitely recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota and Joe to my friends! More
