From the moment we walked into the showroom we were treated very kindly. We were interested in trading in two of our cars and purchasing two new ones, a Prius and a Sienna. We were shown several of each vehicle and went on a few test drives. Joe Cirillo was a great sales person who helped us decide which car would be the best fit. We never felt pressured and we had an open dialogue about pricing/financing. PJ was very efficient in preparing the documents for us. With two cars being traded and two being purchased, it still took less than the amount of time it usually has taken us to buy one car. It was BY FAR the best car buying experience we have ever had. Kagan and Patrick were also very helpful in helping us make our purchase. After the sale, Hugh helped us a great deal and we appreciate his work in making sure we were 100% satisfied with our new vehicles!! Toyota is my car of choice due to great performance, with only standard maintenance. I have driven Toyota's for the past 15 years, and rarely had to do more than change the oil, fill it with gas, turn the k only standard maintenance. The above team members that I selected above were very professional, and helpful in making my selection easy. I brought my mom there, and they were very courteous while presenting her with her options as she selected her car. My Mom and I are repeat customers, and I know that I am going to get top of the line service whenever I visit. My experience was a good one. I now own a great Camry at a reasonable price, along with good warranties. The only thing I disliked was getting my leather interior installed. No one informed me that my insur a reasonable price, along with good warranties. The only thing I disliked was getting my leather interior installed. No one informed me that my insurance would not cover a rental car, so when I was expected to have one and was not able to, I was extremely disappointed. Also, my leather was not installed right the first time. It was also rather difficult to get in contact with the manager who promised me they would contact me back. I have called several times including emails and never received even a courtesy call or email back. Overall, even with that being said, I love my car and my experience buying the car was a good one, and Joe was very accommodating to my needs. More

He never lost sight of our credit restraints, minimal funds, car type needs and affordable payments needed; Once we went to the lot, he found us a possible car, immediately he had it down to 2 choices and he was right. He work our sales number with Mr Wargo who had the intent to make the purchase possible. We were able to get a car that is suitable for our needs, was financed for less than listed price and I'm amazed at the interest rate given. Wow, we have purchased many cars thorugh out 27 years, this time was to be the most difficult one given the credit issues we had to face; yet this procees was made comfortable through out, everyone was aware of our limitations and how we would feel- and made every step of the process a positive one. Lots of insightful information and encouragement was offered. We absolutely recommend the delearship and next time we are in need to pruchase a car we will stop there first. C & J Lorenzo More

Edwin helped with the financing and got us through the mountain of paperwork in record time, knowing we had other engagements that afternoon. One of the girls on staff even stopped in to bring our kids cookies while we were finishing paperwork! All in all this was another outstanding experience with Wesley Chapel Toyota, they have proven themselves to me time and again. More

We just bought a Toyota sienna today from joe cirillo. He was very helpful and we appreciate that he took the time to go through all of the car features with us. I was very undecided on a mini van but after was very helpful and we appreciate that he took the time to go through all of the car features with us. I called to check on the price of a new Corolla and Joe called me back immediately. He worked out an excellent deal and I am very happy with the model, the price, the color and the friendly service. I was arranging this purchase for a friend of mine who has difficulty dealing with people and Joe was very understanding and I believe he went above and beyond what is normally expected in order to put this deal together. Joe delivered the car to my friend's home, complete with all the necessary paperwork. He completed the papers at the my friend's kitchen table where he was comfortable. I would recommend Joe as the salesman to deal with. More
