Reached out to Marlo Hirshon at Malouf and let her know. She was off that day but took our call. After dinner, my beautiful bride asked if we could scout cars at Malouf. Off we went. When we thought we found a car, I texted Marlo to let her know we were there and told the manager, she was our rep. She drove over. A couple of test drives later and we secured the deal. Joe gave us a fair price for our trade. Picked car up next day. Marlo spent time with my bride to show her how all the fancy features work. Joe and the finance lady (sorry, forgot her name) were great too. and..... when we went there to pick up car, Marlo was able to get me appointment to get my F150 serviced. One Stop Shopping ! More

Through the entire pro I ordered my 2019 Ford Ranger Lariat from Chris right before Christmas 2018 and picked up the truck in the first week of April. Through the entire process Chris has be a pleasure to work with. He returned emails and calls quickly and was always willing to help find answers and information for my questions. He was also good in post sales service trying to find solutions to any issues the truck had like the air recirculate button turning itself off. The tonneau cover I ordered with the truck didn't come when I picked up the truck and I needed to go on a long trip soon so the general manager of the dealership offered to lend me their floor model's tonneau cover and it helped my trip greatly. Bill from the service department is very nice to work with also. All the people there I met with from the general manger down were all friendly and willing to help. Overall I am quite satisfied with my experience in purchasing the Ranger truck and the service I received. More

I couldn't believe my luck walking in the store and meeting them. They valued my trade-in fairly, gave me a very good price for the new vehicle, went out of their way to assist in document processing (insurance, credit application, etc.), and, to top it off, gave me a higher rebate than what was normal .... all in an effort to satisfy my customer needs. I have not seen this passion and drive and honesty and sincerity from any dealer. Ever. Kudos to Jimmy Lennon (my Marshall!), Sam (of Finance), and even Joe (the GM). They all pitched in to help me get my wish. More
