Berna and team did an amazing job taking our car in without an appointment due to a faulty trunk latch. The fix took a couple of days to complete, but Berna provided us with a loaner vehicle and made u without an appointment due to a faulty trunk latch. She called each day with updates on progress and reassured us everything was on track.
