I moved here from Kansas in 2023 for better opportunity which has led me to car sales because I understand that buying a car can be a daunting process. That's why I take the time to listen to my customers' needs and find the perfect car for them.

Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced at a dealership. This starts on the Sales Floor, Service Dept and Parts. Poor experience purchasing a used vehicle, Jan '25. Before purchase I was promised parts had been ordered for needed body repair, and they would arrive within a week. I was told that when parts arriv Before purchase I was promised parts had been ordered for needed body repair, and they would arrive within a week. I was told that when parts arrived I would be able to drop off vehicle for two days for completion of repair. However, a few days after purchase I learned said parts had not been ordered, and in fact were never ordered. Instead I would need to drop off vehicle for an unknown period of time so that body damage could be assessed, and all replacement parts ordered, which I did. First body "repair" was a poor attempt to cover up damage with a replacement trim piece. Broken parts underneath replaced trim were clearly visible, the same broken parts I had been told would be replaced. Despite having been told over the phone that the repair "looked great", Corwin expressed surprise at the shoddy job (when I pointed it out), telling me they had spent $2000 on the repair. I left the vehicle for actual repair. When I requested a parts list of ordered items, I was told I needed to talk to a manager. My voice mail to that manager requesting that list was returned with an explanation that the manager was busy, very busy, and that I needed to schedule time for the repair. Another request for the same information, made in the dealership, was met with what turned out to be false information. Upon leaving the vehicle again, actual parts were replaced, and vehicle repair was mostly complete. The promised repair, per the We Owe/You Owe document was never fully realized, but what was replaced is good enough. Loaner vehicle was available for two of the three vehicle drop offs. Sadly, a poor experience, and I will not be returning to Corwin. More

The kids they have on the floor to manage customers are really nice, but its the managers that make the final call on pricing and they are not so friendly. They don't budge much on price either so not a gr really nice, but its the managers that make the final call on pricing and they are not so friendly. They don't budge much on price either so not a great value, but we really needed a car since ours was almost dead. Dealer fees are annoying too. They put some gel all over the place in the car a call it some kind of theft protection and charge you $500 for it. They seemed pretty upset when our independent inspection found more wrong with the car than their shop found and they weren't willing to do much about it. It seems so stupid that I have to pay the same price for a 7 year old car now that I paid for a 2 year old car just 4 years ago. I blame all the greedy dealerships for pushing the prices up. I should have listened to my wife and gone with a private seller. More
