I appreciate that Russ Darrow is able to get me in and work on my car in a timely fashion, however I left dissatisfied for the second visit in a row. I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation. The tech texted me and said that my tires weren't wearing evenly and are too far gone. The problem was that he didn't have a recommendation. He said I don't need to replace them but then also didn't rotate them. I left not knowing what is going on or what I should do. Normally I'd expect to have a discussion where they provide a recommendation with pros/cons. I received an inspection video of my vehicle which I've appreciated in the past, but this time the tech was completely inaudible so I had a video of a buzzsaw and someone pointing under my car. They also didn't: mention the recall for my vehicle, reset my maintenance reminder, or suggest any recommended maintenance. When you are paying $100 dollars for an oil change, I'd really expect them to be good at these things. More

I don't think Russ Darrow is the best value for getting your vehicle serviced. Having regular maintenance performed here doesn't seem to justify the price.
