Absolutely excellent service, I had absolutely no issues whatsoever and everyone was kind. I really enjoyed my experience at Ferman Chevy at Tampa, the facility was clean, and they had some really neat displays up. I’d suggest them in the future as they accommodated some of my special requests wh the facility was clean, and they had some really neat displays up. Door panels on all 4 doors have an area that is separating. Service department replaced 2 doors to see if it would fix it, it did not. My vehicle also came with a perfectly circular dull spot on my separating. Service department replaced 2 doors to see if it would fix it, it did not. My vehicle also came with a perfectly circular dull spot on my hood from the factory, it was mentioned to service but no resolution has been made. The service department then advised me my vehicle was missing a part, which failed to be put on by the factory. It’s been close to a month now and I haven’t heard one word back on anything. Needless to say One dollar spent or over Sixty-five thousand dollars spent, no customer deserves to be treated like this! More
