I can certainly understand your frustration and can empathize with your situation. We’ve really gone to great lengths to reduce this burden on you to the tune of close to $4,000 in reduced costs. Unfortunately your non Mercedes-Benz aftermarket air filter caused something to get sucked into the intake, shattered the turbo fins that then went into the engine and caused quite a bit of damage. We submitted everything to MB to cover; tore down the entire engine, took photos, submitted labor and parts. We did all we could to get this covered but the aftermarket air filter left us with only partial coverage and even that was after we pleaded with them on your behalf. I’m really sorry this happened, but believe me we went above and beyond to help you. I know it seems like we are the bad guys because you see the final bill but I promise you we are fixing this problem for you the best way we know how and at the lowest possible expense to you.

They were understanding of our situation and scheduled us as an “Express Service”. Joseph Loera was our service rep and was PHENOMENAL. He kept me updated throughout the service, our vehicle was ready when he said it would be and he was super friendly on top of it all.
Our first time using Walter’s MB was an exceptional experience.
