Very bad service trying to sell me something I don’t need and when I said no they had an attitude. Service team including Joseph McDaniel did a great job and diagnosed my car. Service manager Max Aaron pushed my issue to Audi America for review. Kenneth Chang found me a great deal on a new car to trade and diagnosed my car. Service manager Max Aaron pushed my issue to Audi America for review. Kenneth Chang found me a great deal on a new car to trade into. Sales manager Mike Zheng topped other dealership offers to ensure I was satisfied. Happy with my service! I brought my car in for a concern with my front left tire. My service rep explained the process and let me know when the service was complete. Fast Service, Good Price, Treated Me Like a Queen I got a flat tire on a highway at 9 p.m. at night. Audi Roadside Assistance came out and quickly changed my tire to my spare. The following evening, I I got a flat tire on a highway at 9 p.m. at night. Audi Roadside Assistance came out and quickly changed my tire to my spare. The following evening, I called Audi Service at about 7 p.m. Joe answered, and I talked to him about the need to patch my tire or get a new one. We arranged for me to drop it off at 8 a.m. the next morning. At the dealership, they quickly checked me in, sent me to the lounge, where I barely had time to take the first sip of my vanilla latte (from their coffee machine), when Joe came out to talk to me about the tire. He explained why we couldn't patch it, showed me the recommended tire to replace it, and the price. It had to be ordered but he thought he could fix it that same day. They then gave me a ride to work (I work within walking distance so I didn't want to get a loaner car), and later that day, my car was ready. I walked back to the dealership to pick it up after work. I waited maybe 10 mins to get it. While waiting, I paid for the service. When they walked me out to my car, it was warming up, stocked with a bottle of water for the ride home, and had been washed and cleaned inside. Joe was very nice, never made me feel uncomfortable nor did I ever feel like he was trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge to sell me a service I didn't need (Toyota, I'm looking at you when I say this). Very please with my first experience with Audi Service! More
