Instead of feeling supported, I was repeatedly told the issue could not be replicated and was left dealing with constant stress, conflicting information, and poor communication. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get answers while also dealing with injuries related to the situation. Customers deserve honesty, professionalism, and to feel safe in the vehicle they are paying for. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. More
