Buyer Beware—Ripped off disabled veteran I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. It took 45 minutes of negotiating just to get them to honor their own online car listing price. We showed up wit recommend this dealership to anyone. It took 45 minutes of negotiating just to get them to honor their own online car listing price. We showed up with the intent to pay the listed price, and they tried to add outrageous fees IN ADDITION to the $900 dealership fee and office fees. In the finance office my husband noticed a higher loan amount on some of the paperwork. When we asked the finance manager, he reassumed my husband that that number “meant nothing” and we would “pay our originally agreed amount”. He quickly shuffled around the paperwork and had us sign some electronic documents. During this process he seemed friendly enough and asked my husband extensively about his military tour in Afghanistan. Come to find out, that snake added a “Luxcare” package to our contract that was never brought to our attention, or even mentioned. It added $1,800 to our loan without our knowledge. I made multiple attempts to contact the finance manager that handled our contract. It has been three weeks and I have not been able to speak with anyone from the finance department. I will be filing a formal complaint on BBB. It’s a shame that even after knowing the sacrifice my husband made for this country, this dealership would be ugly enough to extort him for extra money. Disgusting. More

Worse dealer horrible customer service. Stole money from me and won't even return my phone call to explain why. Finance doesn't know how to do basic math. Had my 2017 Kia Sedona towed in because it was overheating and had issues with ac controller and power sliding doors. After 2 months my car is still not completely repaired. Today I had the car t overheating and had issues with ac controller and power sliding doors. After 2 months my car is still not completely repaired. Today I had the car towed out because I wasn’t waiting anymore. They may not have been fixing my car for 2 month but they were doing something… my hardwired dual facing camera was found unplugged and all video of them with my vehicle for the full 2 months has been deleted from the SIM card. I went immediately to the dealership to discuss how this was going to be resolved but instead I was told no one was available to help me with the matter and to come back the next day. When I advised I had called the sheriff in order to file a police report I was asked to leave because they were closing and needed to lock up the doors… scared to even allow myself to imagine what was done to my car, done in my car and or what they did with the video footage that was on the SIM card of myself and my kids driving in the vehicle for the time prior to coming to the dealership. More

Years ago we had problems with greenway ford and swore never to go again. Took daughter just to see the different options available as it was late and greenway Kia is nearby. Sticker was $22,xxx. Got home and found the internet advertised price was $18,4xx. Went back again and was told that price “was impossible.” Was told $19,992 was the best they could do. As we left, salesman AND the sales mgr followed us to the car saying they would match the internet price! We told them we do t do business with liars and scam artists. Do NOT even go to this dealership!!! More

They had great options for certified used models. Great deals and awesome deals. Walked in expecting to keep looking, but when you know, you know. Walked out with a great new set of wheels and smile. Joseph the GM, had given us a kind touch base. Making sure we had any questions and liked what we saw for options. Paperwork took quick turnaround and I was out with my new keys!! More
