My husband and I are confused as to why filters are no longer part of the oil change process anymore? I’ve been bringing my toyota 4 runner here since I bought it in 2016 and have never been told the filt longer part of the oil change process anymore? I’ve been bringing my toyota 4 runner here since I bought it in 2016 and have never been told the filters are a separate charge. $95 dollars for an oil change is outrageous. I guess I’ll take it to walmart or anywhere else where filters are included from here on out. Really very disappointed because service has always been great here. More
