I sent my vehicle in for service, was charged a hefty price for a part , paid them and found out that I paid them to damage a 1200 part and they never said a word to me about. Tom (I believe that was his name) took my vehicle 3 hours before my scheduled service time. Allowing me to set up in the cafe and knock out work.
