Ask for Joe! I'd been searching for a Golf R everywhere from New Jersey, where I live, all the way down to Maryland. When I did find inventory available the repres I'd been searching for a Golf R everywhere from New Jersey, where I live, all the way down to Maryland. When I did find inventory available the representative I'd email with made me feel like they didn't want to be bothered by my questions. When I got in contact with Joe my experience was the exact opposite. Even though we were working via email, he was courteous, quick to respond, and didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time. On top of all that, he was able to give me a deal that I couldn't get from any of the other dealers I'd spoken to in 4 other states! When I finally decided to purchase the car he was able to get everything set up in a matter of hours. At the dealership the great customer service continued. My car was up front and ready to go. Even with the extra precautions the dealership was taking to make sure that we were all keeping distance and staying safe, I was in and out in about an hour. Great customer service, respectful of customers, and on top of all that an amazing deal! I'm glad I got the chance to work with Joe and the team at Prestige VW! More

Very helpful and honest, not pushy, good experience overall. My only complaint was the delivery appointment was much longer than anticipated - about 2 1/2 hours. That was a bit aggravating.
