He told us to come in, and once we arrived, he took care of us like we were longtime customers. No pressure, no xx — just good vibes and real support. He made sure we were in great hands every step of the way. Joe passed us off to Alex, who helped us through the paperwork process like an absolute pro. Calm, organized, and kind — exactly who you want when your brain is already in decision overload. And then came Bashar in finance. Bashar said “no pressure,” and technically… that was true 😏 But he definitely knew how to apply the right kind of persuasive charm. It never felt pushy — just smooth, confident guidance that helped us land on the best deal possible.
