Joe was super helpful & he was able to turn my Lease Buyout around in a short time. I was traveling mid-week and I could not be without a car. Joe was able have the service department do my required wor Buyout around in a short time. I was traveling mid-week and I could not be without a car. Joe was able have the service department do my required work in a couple of days. Plus I was given a loaner so I could work while the repairs were being completed. I had great experience buying my first Mercedes with Joseph Sangimino. I was very impressed with Joseph's professionalism and knowledge of the vehicles available. He was friendly and approachable, making the car-buying process less intimidating for me. One notable experience that stood out was when Joseph surprised my son with a complimentary meal during our discussion. It was a kind gesture that showed he was invested in making sure we felt comfortable and satisfied throughout my experience. Throughout my interactions with Joseph, I felt like he truly had my best interests in mind, and he wasn't just trying to make a quick sale. I have bought a lot of luxury cars in the past 40 years but this is my first from Ray Catena Edison. The salesman's (Joseph Sangimino) attention to our needs didn't stop with delivery, he has been there fo but this is my first from Ray Catena Edison. The salesman's (Joseph Sangimino) attention to our needs didn't stop with delivery, he has been there for all our questions and service needs no matter how trivial. After this experience I don't think I could buy my next vehicle from a different dealership. My overall experience with everyone I dealt with was top notch: polite, knowledgeable, eager to please, etc. This dealership should be a case study on how a service organization should perform and treat its customers. I suspect they have a very loyal customer base. More
