Waited 3 hours because no one told me to check in. Got my ticket and was told to go to waiting room. I made an appointment due to tire pressure constantly going on. I had a 7:15am appointment and was met by the service rep on time and processed quickly. I brought my car in for a recall and asked them to check my fluid levels in addition to attending to my tire pressur on time and processed quickly. I brought my car in for a recall and asked them to check my fluid levels in addition to attending to my tire pressure dummy light. They took care of everything and gab me on my way in about an hour and a half. No charge. A very good experience once they finish rebuilding their waiting area. More

I am happy that you requested a survey. I was going to write a letter of complaint. I brought in my 2018 Civic for a problem which was diagnosed as a r/r speed sensor. The replacement part costs $79.09 an write a letter of complaint. I brought in my 2018 Civic for a problem which was diagnosed as a r/r speed sensor. The replacement part costs $79.09 and the labor charge was $495. I thought that was very high but paid it because I’ve been a customer since 2016 when I purchased a 2016 Civic and was very happy. Upon further investigation I realized that the only way that the labor charge could be that high must be other work performed unbeknownst to me. What I realized was a Multi Point Vehicle Inspection was performed. Because you performed these extra services to inflate the bill I will no longer be dealing with DCH Honda, recommending DCH Honda or purchase another vehicle from the DCH family. More

Very helpful and saved us from having to have to pay for a diagnostic evaluation! We found the extra key we couldn’t find in the car and that was why the car would not completely shut down .
