I have been in the Automotive Industry for almost Seven Years, and have been solely with Ewald Hartford Ford. In that time I have proudly sold over 1,000+ vehicles to my customers, and about 2/3 of my business is based upon Referral and Repeat Business. My previous work background includes approximately 6+ Years of Retail training in Consumer Electronics, which has helped me firmly understand Ford's Technology Model in their vast array of vehicles over the years. My rule of thumb is that if I don't know the answer to your question, I will research it until I have right answer for you. I value honesty and respect between my customers and I; and feel strongly that if these two core values cannot work together cohesively than it is not a good fit. I have preserved a strong work ethic over my time in the industry, and hope to find the right vehicle for you and/or your families day-to-day needs. 3 hours that equated to the “best day ever!” I am not a person who is about the specifics of a car. I simply need the standards to get me from one location to the next (quite opposite of my futur I am not a person who is about the specifics of a car. I simply need the standards to get me from one location to the next (quite opposite of my future husband, let me tell you). But today, I got to experience not only the fun that goes into finding a new car, but the feeling of friendship associated with it. Joseph MADE my experience today, and I am So grateful for that.
