I have been in the Automotive Industry for almost Seven Years, and have been solely with Ewald Hartford Ford. In that time I have proudly sold over 1,000+ vehicles to my customers, and about 2/3 of my business is based upon Referral and Repeat Business. My previous work background includes approximately 6+ Years of Retail training in Consumer Electronics, which has helped me firmly understand Ford's Technology Model in their vast array of vehicles over the years. My rule of thumb is that if I don't know the answer to your question, I will research it until I have right answer for you. I value honesty and respect between my customers and I; and feel strongly that if these two core values cannot work together cohesively than it is not a good fit. I have preserved a strong work ethic over my time in the industry, and hope to find the right vehicle for you and/or your families day-to-day needs. Smooth, easy and painless transaction I found a vehicle on Autotrader that was located at Ewald Hartford Ford. I scheduled an appointment to look at it and met Joseph. I did an initial wal I found a vehicle on Autotrader that was located at Ewald Hartford Ford. I scheduled an appointment to look at it and met Joseph. I did an initial walk around the vehicle with Joseph and he let me look at it at my leisure. I never felt pressure from him to make a purchase. During my solo test drive i decided that this vehicle would be a good fit for me. I sat down with Joseph to work out the numbers and we agreed on a purchase price in about 15 min. During this transaction I felt completely comfortable and I felt that the agreed price was very fair. I talked with Joseph several times by phone prior to delivery and he remembered my name every time! From finding the vehicle to the delivery, the entire process was smooth, easy and painless. I look forward to working with Joseph and the Ewald team in the future as my business continues to grow! More
