When I dropped off my vehicle, they were “slammed”, with other cars….bumper to bumper. I was lucky enough to have my S.A. book my appointment and loaner car ahead of time. So, I spent no more than 20 minu other cars….bumper to bumper. I was lucky enough to have my S.A. book my appointment and loaner car ahead of time. So, I spent no more than 20 minutes, awaiting my prepped loaner; sipping espresso and chatting. Now, with that being said…a steering wheel (refurbishment and a door handle) took almost a week… But, they were, kind, professional and diligent considering this was not a major issue.
