Carman Chrysler Jeep Dodge responded

We are sorry that this customer had a issue with his new Jeep Wrangler. The wrangler was towed in with a blow. Master clutch cylinder. We replaced the cylinder with a new part with in 4 days. The customer was demanding a new Jeep. Unfortunately after delivery and 900 miles that decision is only made by the manufacturer, not the dealer. We did tell the customer if he would have to contact CHRYSLER to pursue that, CHRYSLER turned him down. As you can see from most of our reviews we try to exceed expectations and help all customers. I believe there is more to the story then you have stated here. You have completely left you that you demanded a new Jeep to replace yours at no charge. You also left out that CHRYSLER agreed, your issue didn't warrant a new Jeep. I firmly believe if you were more reasonable we might of been able to address your issue in a better manner. Joe
