They made buying a new vehicle an easy experience. As a recent widow I did not need two vehicles so I sold the oldest one through some friends and traded in the newest one for a van which I have had be As a recent widow I did not need two vehicles so I sold the oldest one through some friends and traded in the newest one for a van which I have had before and learned to love through the years - this is my third van. The gentlemen at Carman made this a very easy task. They walked me through all the steps needed since my husband retired from Chrysler there were a few extra steps required, plus I am a retired USAF veteran and the made sure that I received that discount. They give you the feeling that you as an individual really matter and are a part of their own family. They found out the color of the van I wanted and the set about finding one with just the right package that I needed. If you are thinking of buying a new or used vehicle Carman Dodge is the place to go. More

ZERO STARS I put a inquiry in on cars.com on 12/19. Brett contacted me from the dealership and I gave him an offer and he stated that he would pass this off. We traded a few emails, I had sent him my trade info and never heard back from him. I went to the website to chat with him and he always stated I will have a sales rep contact you. They never did. UM I was in sales before and I bought A LOT of cars I think you guys should be calling me not me chasing you guys around. After X amounts of broken promises I called and spoke to Michael Brooks he stated he will start from here to communicate with me. I gave him an offer and he transferred me to a manager, I don't remember his name, and we were only a couple hundred short. So I continued trying to get a hold of Mr. Brooks and he always says my manager isn't in once he is I'll call you back and didn't hear a thing. Went back to the chat and Brett's response is Sal we are busy and we take priority with customers that are in the showroom. I understand that but I am trying to give you guys a sale. I buy cars all the time. I then called back and this Tommy guy answered I told him my name and he stated oh yeah I heard your name wonder what he ment by that. I told him I need to speak to management and he said Bob is closing the gates I'll have him call you. I said I'll wait you guys always say you will call back and don't. He said let me place you on hold and left me on hold for about 30 minutes until they closed at 9. I have the screen shot saved. I then emailed Brett to have his GM call and he didn't call. I even chatted with Brett again and he said he passed the email off. I then called and a receptionist sent me to Joes voice mail and still no answer from him a week later. I have read the GMs reviews. He always as an an answer to the negative reviews can't wait for this one. This dealership should get ZERO stars for their terrible customer service and rude associates. They don't want to sell you a car especially if they can't rip you off. I am hoping Joe or the owner can call me. ZERO STARS More

Great multiple purchase experiences Joel Cardona and Joe Triboletti have made my last two Jeep Rubicon purchases as smooth and simple as anyone could ever hope for. After visiting other Joel Cardona and Joe Triboletti have made my last two Jeep Rubicon purchases as smooth and simple as anyone could ever hope for. After visiting other dealers and getting the usual runaround it was a nice change to get straight forward, no hassle trade in and order for my 2013 and 2016 Jeep Rubicon Unlimiteds. It's getting close to that time again and sometime next year i will be returning to get my next new Jeep from these guys again. Highly recommend Carmen Jeep and can't ask for better service. See you guys soon. More

This Dealer not desperate to force sale of cars on buyers. Dealer understood "my terms" and agreed to clearly explain their terms. And Pa. complained, got anxious and pushy when told I neef time to think about it. This Dealer not desperate to force sale of cars on potenrial buyers. Pleasure doing Business with my salesman Brian Giacchino who made me feel comfortable and Not forced. More

Crooked Stay Away !!! Last week I got a brand new Jeep Wrangler 2017 only one week later I had a problem in the master cylinder while I was driving. I got stuck with my fam Last week I got a brand new Jeep Wrangler 2017 only one week later I had a problem in the master cylinder while I was driving. I got stuck with my family in the middle of the road and I called the dealership and they said I have to CALL CHRYSLER and that it will take 2 hours for the towing car to arrive. After 4 hours I had to call a private towing car and got the car towed with my expenses. When I finally got to the dealership it was already 9 pm, I dropped off the car and I had to wait for someone to come and pick me up. Next day, I called the dealership and spoke with the GM, Joseph Triboletti, and he said that the BRAND NEW car needs a week to be fixed and he gave me a rental car for ONE DAY and told me to CALL CHRYSLER to give me a rental car for the remaining days or get it from my pocket. I called Chrysler and they said they would call the dealership and call me back; two hours later they called me and told me that the dealership will give me a rental car until my car gets fixed. After a whole week, I went to the dealership to get my car and I saw all my cars parts disconnected and I was told that it would take two more days. I even spoke with one of the dealership mechanics and he told me that the car has a factory defect and that they would replace the whole master cylinder and see if it is going to work. Meantime, I talked with the GM again and he refused to take the responsibility and kept saying that I have to contact Chrysler and there is nothing that he can do. In short, the GM, Joseph Triboletti, did not solve the problem proficiently and kept saying that it is not his problem and I have to CALL CHRYSLER. STAY AWAY, once you sign all the papers these people do NOT care about any further issues. More
