Im not sure what is wrong on the motor noise...Donna, when you said there was a A/C issue...we said no problem lets look at it...we did the repair for close to $1000 at no charge to you...Im not sure if service is aware of a issue with the navigation screen...or even if it tied to the same repair...we would need to look at it.. I will never step foot in there . My engine is still tapping after I was told it was fixed. I dumped 1,500 of my hard worked dollars into it and only had it for 4 months . I don’t know how your dealership gets away with so much . You have horrible reviews . I should have done my homework prior but that was my fault . I have bought many cars in the past at dealerships and always had a good experience. Not at Carman that’s for sure . The more people I tell how horrible my experience was there they also have a story of someone they know that also had a bad experience. I know a girl that just traded in a mustang there and then another girl I know bought it hours later so I know for damn sure that car was not looked over like you say all your cars are. I understand your dealership has a whole lot of money but at the end of the day you should give a shit about the hard working people that walk through your doors . They should be treated like your son or daughter. You sold me a car with rotted tires on it and an engine tap . There is no excuse for that. What if someone like your grandchild was injured in an accident because of that ? You would think twice . What you did to me was wrong and you know it . I’m a hard working , single female and all I wanted was a nice car with 4 wheel drive for the beach on my days off . Instead I got a $16,000 (overpriced) heartbreak and headache . AND DEBT !!!! Oh and my navigation system is acting up probably when u guys took dash apart to fix AC and didn’t wire it back correctly . Again ..... I will tell anyone don’t walk away from that dealership but RUN!

“ I’m not sure what the motor noise is?” Was that just your repose? Funny because your dealership supposedly fixed it . Well we know that’s not true and yes you did fix the AC. My point being is it should of never left the lot the way it was . That engine was tapping when I bought it and Your son said it was because it was cold out. CMON !!! And the fact my back tires were rotted ! And my antifreeze was thick and nasty ! The list goes on...... you guys are just wrong ! Flat out wrong ! That car was over priced and had been nothing but hardships. and u know what I bought it because I loved that make and model and at the end of the day it was because I TRUSTED YOUR COMPANY !!! I traded a perfect Dodge Journey that my friend bought 2 weeks later because he knows how well I take care of my cars so he trusted it ! FOR HIS DAUGHTER AND HIS GRANDKIDS ! And yes I put $800 Pirelli tires on the nitro so that goes to show you how well I take care of my belongings . And Dave had the nerve to say no one told u to put $800 pirelli tires on it . Well I know he wouldn’t put shit tires on his Harley so yes I put good tires on it because I like to feel safe in bad snow storms . Now I’m so in debt with this suv that still has an engine tap and navigation acting up. I only pray you think twice on what you are doing to people because money or no money karma is a bitch . There are no excuses in this matter . NONE !!!! Last time it was serviced I got my key fab back broken ! It was having issues prior, again why ? I just bought car , key should be fine . He straight up opened it and all the lil pieces fell out . He put it back together and handed it back to me and said ..... damn these are like $260 bucks. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT !!!! Yup I did get a new one......but if I didn’t say something he would have just let me walk away . I will continue to be good to this suv and pray it is good back . LESSON LEARNED
