As this was my first time buying a new car, he walked me through the entire process. He was very patient, personable, attentive and knowledgeable. I was able to test drive several cars and finally decided on the Grand Cherokee. He even let me take another test drive on the same car as I wanted to make sure this was exactly what I wanted. When I was purchasing my new car I also met with General Manager Joseph Triboletti. Again, he was also very patient with me and made the process so much easier. Bought a new ram 1500 I know this review is a little late but better late than never. Went to Carmen to look at new Rams after getting the run around by dealers closer to m I know this review is a little late but better late than never. Went to Carmen to look at new Rams after getting the run around by dealers closer to my house. Met Ryan and he showed me several different ones that had what I asked for. He never once showed me a vehicle that had more than I wanted because I was on a budget. Ended up purchasing a new 2015 Ram crew cab express. Cannot be happerier with this truck! Ryan and Joe made the whole process very easy and no pressure ever. You don't find that a lot anymore. Going back tomorrow to see them both about getting my mom a new Jeep. No matter where you live take the ride and see these guys. Very professional and easy going. More
