Our kids are involved in sports, all over the east coast, and we wanted a safe comfortable vehicle for our travels. We knew exactly where to go, CARMAN Dodge, because we had purchased vehicles there in the past. We made contact with Joe Triboletti, the General Manager of CARMAN, and he hooked us up with sales consultant Matt Sherman. Matt was easy to deal with, professional, understood our needs, and directed to a variety of vehicles. We eventually narrowed it down between a Dodge Durango and a Chrysler Pacifica. Both vehicles were awesome, but the Pacifica gave us more flexibility and was a more realistic vehicle for our family at this time. Matt guided us thru the process, educated us on the Pacifica, and answered our questions honestly. Matt handed us over to Neil Springer, in the finance department, and we continued to be educated in a very professional manner. Neil explained the entire financial process and was extremely personable. We had an excellent experience at CARMAN Dodge and wanted to commend Joe Triboletti and his staff for treating us like family.
