He let us look at cars without being pressured, and once I had narrowed some of the options down he let us test drive the car I wanted, and he priced it out for us. Jeff and the GM, Joe, were more than helpful and stayed with us through every step. Can't recommend them highly enough!! They didn't push anything on us and they were honest and upfront about all charges/costs/options. I've never had such friendly, helpful, service! Even when we did the financing, Nick was friendly and helped me understand the different costs and what each one meant and how it applies to my loan. Thank you so much! More

The salesperson I dealt with, Jeff, didn't pressure me int I got my first brand new car, a 2016 Jeep Patriot at Carmen Dodge last night and I LOVE IT. The salesperson I dealt with, Jeff, didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want to look at (which I experienced at 2 other Jeep dealers who were trying to push me into getting a used Jeep). He took me right over to the cars I wanted to look at and made sure I got every feature I wanted at a very affordable price. The entire staff was extremely friendly and made this a great experience from start to finish, I would definitely recommend them! More

Last night was my Once again I buy from Carman! I can't begin to describe how smooth and how much it is a pleasure to work with the Carman Auto Group. Last night was my 4th purchase from them and its a great experience every time. When you buy from Carman you feel like you're buying from family. I walk in the dealership and everyone knows me by name and is genuinely happy to see me. From the start Carmans internet team is top notch. Heather Devich found the Jeep I wanted and was able to get me in contact with a salesman right away. She really took all the hassle out of my search and she is highly recommended. Since we had just purchased a Ford Mustang for my wife Brad Drummond (Ford) was able to work a deal on the Jeep for me as well. Joe Triboletti and Bob Weiss do their very best to give you the best deal and they really do every time. Down to the finance office where John Mayberry tailors your payment and extras to what YOU need not what will make them money at your expense. For me its all about that personal care that you get from Carman. If you are looking for a new Jeep, Carman is the place to be! All I can say is that we just bought our 4th Jeep from Carman and I'm 100% sure when I'm ready for number 5 it will be bought from a Carman Deal! More
