Botched service repair Took my 2016 jeep in for service because there is a water leak . They actually made the leak worse and now the door does not shut properly. Showed this to Mark the service provider before I even left the dealer.Then I was contacted by Joe Triboletti the general manager after they received a less than favorable survey. He said and I quoted him” That’s how FCA wants us to do the repair. The door after they “adjusted it “ is so out of alignment, you can tell immediately that it is not correct JUST by looking at it. The panel of the Jeep and the door is suppose to be flush . It is more than a 1/4” difference. And Joe Triboletti said it’s suppose to be that way. Can you actually believe Mr.Triboletti thinks this is correct?? For a gentleman in his position to LIE to people is just crooked! More
