I've worked with Erin, Travis, Joe, and Shaun in the service dept and they are all wonderful. Knowledgeable, informative, and helping me out by telling me what to budget for in the future. I've been to other dealership service depts but Russ Darrow is the only one I come back to again and again. Since 2014 we have purchased two Nissans from RD and they have only been serviced there. The service dept is honest and careful and I know I'm in good hands. We recently moved out of Milwaukee and are still bringing out cars back to RD for service. I even moved my Hyundai over to be serviced by them. Excellent all the way around. Erin is one of my favorite service techs and she takes good care of us. More
