I’ve always had a good experience with this dealership. However, I recently made an appointment for an oil change and to have a front license plate bracket put on my Blazer. A woman took my appointment ove However, I recently made an appointment for an oil change and to have a front license plate bracket put on my Blazer. A woman took my appointment over the phone. When I showed up for the appointment a few days later, I worked with Joey… He was amazing… But he told me that when the appointment was booked nobody ever bothered to order the license plate bracket for me. So… I had to make another appointment and come up on a Saturday to have the bracket installed. Joey was busy when I came up for the second appointment so I had to work with someone else who obviously didn’t know the story…. The guy was nice enough, but there were no apologies or amends to correct the dealership’s error. This isn’t necessarily a dealbreaker with the dealership, but this was certainly annoying and it showed a gap in communication between parts and service. More
