The worst dealership ever and worst service department I have ever experienced. I supposedly met with the GM but it was a guy named John who was acting like the GM. Probably not the best dealership to go to for a brand new dodge. I feel like I could’ve been treated better when I went in to buy a new dodge charger 2021. The two guys I spoked to didn’t seem interested in dodge. I feel like I could’ve been treated better when I went in to buy a new dodge charger 2021. The two guys I spoked to didn’t seem interested in customer satisfaction, only to get me in and out. We spoke numbers and eventually we came to an agreement on the sales floor, I repeatedly also mentioned I didn’t want those little add ons that most dealerships force you to get. Specifically the nitrogen in tires. Then they have moved me on to the finance manager and they had a completely different deal with him. It was weird because they didn’t mention it until I was like wait why did all the numbers change, from the total amount that I would owe to even the interest rate. They had kept the nitrogen on the contract which I repeatedly said I didn’t want and they had added the $5k warranty without asking me if i wanted it nor did he bother explaining what exactly the warranty covered. I just don’t feel like I got the best customer service. The brand new 2021 dodge charger also came with a few scratches that the salesman did not mention. By the time I got done signing, it also took about another hour or two to get me my car, I waited a total of about 6 hours to leave the dealership in my new car. Although I do love my new car, I would not recommend coming back More
