Had to visit this dealer 3 times before seeing any numbers. I was moved between 2 sales people and 3 “so called Sales Mgr’s”. Each visit 50 miles R/T. Finally told Joe in Commercial sales to find som numbers. I was moved between 2 sales people and 3 “so called Sales Mgr’s”. Each visit 50 miles R/T. Finally told Joe in Commercial sales to find someone up the ladder to help. In steps #1 “Sales Mgr” SHAYAN Ghelichkani. Didnt care about making a $75,000.00 sale. Blew me off for 2-3 female potential customers. Shayan told me one of the guys would be a couple minutes... Joe and Omar call me and we go thru unnecessary dialogue just to find out NEITHER WERE ON SITE @ Dealership. On 3 rd visit , scheduled, we were met by Joe to finalize a deal. Omar stepped in to help. We were done with Joe by this time. Bye bye ! That led to JOSH , told us he was Sales Mgr. we worked a deal and shook hands to the deal. We went outside to view RAM 3500 4x4 Laramie with everything we wanted. Even though the vehicle they brought back to lot was wrong colored vehicle. ( I ended up dealing on the one they showed, dont know if they sold the silver one that I was liking previous to this? I went with White one brought to lot. Never got explanation on that ) While outside , a new Sales Mgr. ( WALID )comes out to tell us he wont honor deal we made with JOSH. WHO IS REALLY RUNNING THIS OPERATION ? Tried to speak with dealership GM RAED MALARB , we were never given the opportunity to do so, shielded by ALL employees. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER !!! So many other customers besides myself kept waiting fo get help. Stall tactic ? It sure felt that way. Again, WORST PURCHASE EXPERIENCE EVER. We will never return More

At first, I was a little surprised walking into the dealership with the amount of people and how loud the music was. Unprofessional and 0 Customer service is what you get with this dealership. Don't waste your time and shop a better dealership.
