Service was good. Only issue is the dent and scratch on the dront passenger door. I do not recall ever seeing it ant it looked fresh when I wioed it. The auto technician did a great job in changing the oil, filter and rotation of tires as well in changing battery. The service tech at front desk looked like he did not want to be there. I felt rushed in providing my information to him as well as when we picked up car. As I looked around - most of the service reps looked MISERABLE, moody. One was falling asleep at his desk. I don’t think I would refer a total stranger to do service at your place. Just because of your front office reps. More

I cannot tell you how bad my experience was trying to I cannot tell you how bad my experience was trying to purchase a used Audi from Russell Westbook Chrysler. I called the salesman and told him I want I cannot tell you how bad my experience was trying to purchase a used Audi from Russell Westbook Chrysler. I called the salesman and told him I wanted the car, did not ask for any money off, and that I was already preapproved for the full amount which I was happy to pay. He told me he had to talk to his manager and get back to me. He never called me back, but I was able to reach him by calling several days in a row. Right before we were done with the process, he informed me that there was $4500 in extras added to the car since it was listed. Nitrogen in the tires ($20), ceramic coating ($800), a Lojack type tracker ($600), and some kind of extra insurance (for what, who knows because I already have excellent insurance). If you look at the other negative comments, this same $4500 is brought up over and over again. I would have had no problem if they just listed the car for what they are actually selling it for, told me at the beginning, and did not have a 300% upcharge for things know one asked for or wanted. I have read the generic response about how transparent they are from Russell Westbrook when other people have brought this up, and it is beyond tone deaf. Listen to your customers. You are not transparent. This is a very Busch league thing to do to people at the last minute and a scam. Needless to say, I found another similar red Audi in Chicago. Very friendly 10 min conversation, sale price was EXACTLY what they were asking for online, and it was on a truck to me 2 days later. I had 1 phone call, instead of 5, got a better deal, no scam add ons, and actually had the car in less time than it took for the Russell Westbrook salesman to even call me back. Save the aggravation, you would do better literally anywhere else except here. More
