The best car dealership I have been to by far. Emanuel Solis was our sales man and he took care of us by taking his time to show us the different vehicles we were interested in. When it came down to it he Solis was our sales man and he took care of us by taking his time to show us the different vehicles we were interested in. When it came down to it he made sure we loved the truck we got and made the process simple and easy. Truly recommend Emanuel to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thanks to the whole team who took care of us. Me, my wife and my son all love the truck . More

I went to this dealership because I wanted to buy my father a car. It should have been a simple straight forward deal, because they had the car I wanted with an advertised price of $22,639. The car h father a car. It should have been a simple straight forward deal, because they had the car I wanted with an advertised price of $22,639. The car had been advertised for that price since Febuary 20, 2021. However, as soon as I got there, they insisted the car could not be purchased at the advertised price. Josh (some form of unprofessional sales manager/salesperson) insisted that I had to purchase nearly $4,000 worth of useless dealer add-ons (because I need them to fill the tires with nitrogen for $500 extra dollars). When I insisted that they sell it to me for the advertised price (required by law), Josh said that he couldn't, and said he wouldn't sell it to me for less than $26,000 with the add-ons. I left the dealership to run back to work, and told them I wanted the car for the advertised price. About an hour later, Josh called and said we had a deal with no dealer add-ons. However, when I was on my way back, Josh called and said he was back at $26,000. Since it was Friday evening, I gave up, deciding to deal with it on Monday. During the weekend, I received several text messages and a phone call from another salesman (Walid). I told him I would immediately buy the car at the advertised price. He seemed interested in the sale, but said the dealer wanted to make more money on the deal. I told him I would pay the advertised price (in fact I offered $1000 more, just to get the deal done), but that I wouldn't pay for thousands of dollars worth of worthless dealer add-ons. Whalid stopped responding, so I went back to the dealership on Monday. I showed Whalid the vehicle's advertised price was $22,639 for at least a month on the internet. And I showed him the ad from Friday with the same advertised price. He went to talk to a 'Manager', and came back to tell me that the 'new' advertised price was $24,941. So....suddenly, after it didn't sell for a month, they raised the price $2302 over the weekend? That seemed unusual, as I had driven the car over from the storage lot on Friday, and tried to buy it.....for the advertised price. Sounds a little like bait and switch. I told Whalid the advertised price on Friday was $22639, and they had refused to sell it to me for the advertised price. I told him that was illegal, and showed him all the proof. I even gave him the deal sheet number that the salesman on Friday had probably 'accidentally' text me (they are probably discouraged from providing written evidence when they break the law). Whalid took all this information to the 'Manager', who still refused to honor the advertised price. I needed to buy my father a car, so we haggled until I was too annoyed to care, and ended up paying somewhere near $1000 more than the advertised price. Per the California Vehicle Code Section 11713.1(e) (and Section 260.04(b)), dealers are prohibited from selling the advertised vehicles for more than the advertised price. Cut and dry. So if you see an add that says "Westbrook Price", don't believe it. Better yet, just don't shop there. I buy a new car every 2 years, and I am very good at not playing their games. So unless you are better than me at the game this place wants to play, you will get screwed out of way more money than you expect. As for me, I will pursue legal recourse. It isn't fair for you (or your grandmother) to walk into a place like this, and be conned out of thousands of extra dollars, because they don't know the law is on their side. More

And I’m back again. Monday makes it my third car from Russell Westbrook. We were greeted right upon exiting our vehicle by Luke and he was awesome. Took us to a nearby lot where they stored the cars we w Russell Westbrook. We were greeted right upon exiting our vehicle by Luke and he was awesome. Took us to a nearby lot where they stored the cars we were looking for. He was very helpful and knew what he was talking about. Have great advice and guided us through the hole process. Then, upon making the deal, josh was very straight forward, a little tough but to crack but I’m happy with the deals he left on the table for us. And finally, jibran, the finance person was awesome. He was very friendly, polite and ethical. I even called him 3 days later with an issue I’m having and he went out of his way to help me, got in touch with me again later that day to make sure it all worked out. What a great team again. My go to people were Luke massi, joshua Alvarado and Jibran (jay) Syed More
