I was unfairly treated by some of the employees that were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to me. I contacted the general manager and he investigated the issue and offered me an acceptable apology extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to me. I would never take my vehicle here again, or would I ever recommend this place. The service manager, Shawn, and this Hispanic lady that works with him, they both are incompetent and liars. They both should be fired because I don’t understand how they are still working there trying to take people’s hard earned money. They told me I had to pay an astronomical amount of money just to get a diagnostic done to my car when I have a warranty on the vehicle. I will soon report this business to the Better Businesses Bureau. Please anyone if you are reading this DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO WEBB CHEVY IN OAK LAWN! More
