The dealership was outstanding as far as services and paying attention to detail, excellent. However the engineering of my 128i convertible with only 20K miles leave’s a lot to be desired. My airbag light won’t go off on the dash, and it’s $5000.00 to fix it, YES 5 grand to fix it. Looks like the light stays on. Complete xx More

last several service done here have not been completed on first visit. Some issues still exist and they won't cover their poor workmanship (valve gasket, replaced twice, still leaks, within 2 years). Repor first visit. Some issues still exist and they won't cover their poor workmanship (valve gasket, replaced twice, still leaks, within 2 years). Reported squeal under hood, $850 and 2 days later, issue still exists and now high temp warnings coming up. Only went back to this dealership because I was slammed into a $50 oil change that cost $200 (included oil changes for 3 years). Once this squeal issue is solved, I will NEVER go back to BMW of Sarasota. My last advisor, Josh Cash, gave me the best experience I have had in years there. Sadly the mechanical work is not up to BMW standards. More

The service was good, although… I had 2 lug nuts that needed to be replaced.. I asked to have them all replaced.. they don’t carry lug nuts… just a few… that was strange. Asked about additional services needed to be replaced.. I asked to have them all replaced.. they don’t carry lug nuts… just a few… that was strange. Asked about additional services of ceramic coating and new rims… they weren’t interested in helping. Parts department.. other than that, the place was clean, good snacks… also after 2 hours I had to ask progress, they did not keep me updated. Just an oil change and tire rotation.. extra time due to needing to locate lug nuts More

I am very dissatisfied with this dealership. I took the car for service because left rear tire would not hold correct air preasure. Because the car is new I thought the problem was the tire sea I took the car for service because left rear tire would not hold correct air preasure. Because the car is new I thought the problem was the tire seal to the wheel or faulty valve stem. I was informed tire had a nail embedded, which was the problem. Because the tires are run flats, the tire had to be replaced. I told service rep that I wanted old tire and nail that caused air leak. Neither the old tire or nail was saved for me when I picked up the car. I was told the tire is missing. This BMW dealership doesn't seem to be concerned with the customer. More
